Dibella's Watch adds an entire new continent to Oblivion. It comes complete with a major city, castles, towns, villages, farms, monasteries and all the good stuff that makes up a Medieval landscape. There's also fighting to be had and quests to be made!

Description
Port constanze is going to be a harbour town in between The City of Dibella's Watch and Scarley. As such, it is going to be a rich trading port and it's also going to have a university attached. I'm building it right now, and have gotten to the phase where I'm building the interiors and also adding NPC's. That's the most time-consuming, but it's also fun. Port Constanze is going to be in the next update, Versiion 07.2.
will the npc be under the age of 400? unlike oblivion

Cities and villages is what I do best, and enjoy the most too, so I can't have too many of them. Although I feel that I have to weigh the large number of towns up with even more untamed wilderness soon too.
Ooh!, more crates and barrels to look through, I'm obsessive compulsive and need to look in each and everyone of them, it's a nightmare!

Like a new Imperial City, where all districts are the size of The City of Dibella's Watch. Not a bad idea. I'll think about that.
