Small tweaks to balancing. More useful necro mages. Another 14 unique items given something that makes them, well, 'unique'.
Character Stats
Mana - All characters now regen their full mana pool 1/12th faster. This should help alleviate the very early game mana sustain issues.
Resistances – The resistance decrease in Nightmare is now -70% (from -60%), it was generally too easy to move into NM and cap your resistance, Hell however was a tad too much and is now -110%, over -120%. The original change was a little too harsh on characters that do not have a reliable way to buff their resistances.
Character Skills
Necromancer – Summon Skeletal Mage now only creates Cold and Poison mages. They should now serve a much better role as support summon, in stopping regen and slowing monsters.
Druid – Dire Wolves were just a little too powerful when reaching the highest levels. Their damage and hp has been reduced by approx. 5-15% by level.
Paladin – Thorns Aura, being thorns, falls off in power absurdly when reaching Hell difficulty, it now gains 75% increased reflection damage per level, up from 50%. It is still not going to blaze through Hell, but with enough dedication and items, you can at least do something with it.
Mercenaries
Damage – Mercenary damage vs act bosses was somewhat over tuned. They are now at 75/60/30% in order of difficulty mode.
Monsters
Damage – All Unique and Champion enemies have had their damage increased slightly more vs their standard counterparts.
Baal – His base health on all difficulties has been increased by ~20% and his resistances to fire/cold/light/poison by 10%.
Items
Bows and Crossbows have had their maximum damage numbers reduced by approx. 5-10%
Unique Items – Continuing the trend of giving every unique some sort of interesting function, whether that be special stats, sockets or skills. Eventually I will have every unique give some sort of cool function, even if not THAT useful.
Helmets
Biggin’s Bonnet – Defence increased by 14 replaced with +1 Charge oskill
Tarnhelm – Now rolls with 1 socket
Coif of Glory – Defence vs missile now replaced with 1-5% increased experience.
Chest Armor
Greyform – Dexterity replaced with level 10-14 oskill Inferno.
Blinkbat’s Form – Faster run/walk replaced with 20-40% lightning resistance, fire damage replace with level 1 Teleport oskill.
Sparking Mail – Now does 66 lightning thorns damage and gives 25-40 lightning damage to attacks.
Heavenly Garb – Mana regeneration replaced with level 8-12 Holy Bolt oskill.
Rockfleece – +5 strength replaced with level 5-8 Summon Clay Golem oskill.
Rattlecage – Hit causes fleeing replaced with level 4-6 Summon Skeletal Mage oskill.
Belts
Snakecord – Life regen replaced with level 1-4 Poision Creeper oskill.
Boots
Tearhaunch – +2 Vigor (paladin only) is now +1 Vigor aura on equip, for all classes.
Gloves
The Hand of Broc – +defence is replaced with level 1 Bash oskill.
Ghoulhide - +20 life is replaced with level 13-19 Summon Blood Golem oskill
Amulets
The Mahim-Oak Curio – +defence replaced with level 20 Cleansing aura on equip
