Deus Ex was a successful and very customizable game. But what about the fact everyone had the same exact type of pistol, assault rifle, shotgun, etc. What about the fact that some ammo types were completely under powered compared to their real life counter parts. Now you can enjoy Deus Ex with a more modern arsenal of weapons, including revamped and updated vanilla weapons. Enhanced AI, some maps are revamped, new weapons (More assault rifles, pistols, snipers, and explosives than you can shake a stick at.) , new ammo types (includes unique ammo types such as flame rounds, Armor Piercing and high yield explosive rockets).

A release of Modern Combat for Vanilla Deus Ex. It is Gore Mod Compatible. Some weapons might be bugged, some may have a slower rate of fire compared to shifter/biomod. This is just an engine limitation.

Please excuse the weapon family glitch. I am working on solving the issue.
Mod does not work with New Vision installed. Intro loops around once then first level fails to load.
How do you install this mod?
download the latest HDTP mod, install it on your Deus Ex folder(please, it has to be a fresh install of deus ex) then you run the game once to create the cfg.
After that, drop the Mod folder in the game's folder, then run the game, in the launcher, in the .ini configurations, check the mod's inis and run the game normally on a new save file, and pray to Jesus Christ to not get an error
