Deeds of Arms and Chivalry is a modification for Mount & Blade: Warband which focuses on the Hundred Years War between France and England, specifically during the early 15th Century.
Full-sleeved quilted pourpoint (or jupon) over cuirass and arm harness. The leg harness remains exposed. The pattern of brocade on the pourpoint uses thread of gold. The buttons are brass. The leg harnesses are a continental configuration favored by the French; with three-quarter greaves and similar cuisses. This configuration exposes the inner aspects of the legs; and is thus more suited to mounted combat.

Love it. Thanks for sharing.
Is the greaves on this partial? Perhaps the view is making it seem as though the inner side of the shins are left unprotected. If this is the case, what is the source for this?
Edit: I see now there are differences in each set, so I assume these are all different versions of a similar piece. But I'm still curious about the one on the left's greaves.
Yes. I call them 3Q. Three-quarters. Pretty common option among MaA expecting to fight mounted. The source is the leg harnesses of Louis the Beloved, IIRC. I lifted the details quite carefully. Note the absence of a demi-cuisse.
3Q-cuisses + 3Q-greaves. Cavalry leg harness combo. Ofc, full greaves were also used.
So, sooo good! An extraordinary lesson in history and art, which will be painted on the canvas of my favorite game...? Almost too good to be true!
