Berlin is indeed missing, but Germania was Hitler's intended name for Berlin after he rebuilt it acording to his "vision".
(maybe using Neu-Berlin for a system In the Weimar Republic?)
Tips: It's not Postdam but Potsdam, not Hesse but Hessen and Baden Wurttemberg instead of Baden-Wuttermburg. Unless those mistakes are intended, in that case I didn't say anything.
Some of the German names seem to use the english pronounciation while others use the german ones, though. And some systems are named after german cities while others are named after regions? Feels kinda inconsitent...
The Japanese Empire makes me beg for a Japanese faction, would love to play with those :).
Hesse is the english translation for Hessen but for Potsdam I agree to you

Since most germans are nitpickers deep inside (I should know :p), I would have named my systems after german states (Nordrhein Westfalen etc.) and the planets within after the cities that were in those states (Dortmund, Essen, Koeln etc.)

The map represents the entirety of the DoVoVerse, the Soviet-German border region will be expanded for the INN.
anyone notice Tula has a different symbol then most of the planets?
Apparently Tula is for the Soviet Union as Cadia is for the Imperium of Man
The wiki states that Scinfaxi tend to more often than not poke around Tula so the Soviet Union has naval forces permanently stationed around there

The factions seem to have the amount of territory they did on earth. Soviets are huge, the Allies... smaller than soviets, and Germany is smaller than all of them.
