This little mutator adjusts the damage dealt by a player based on their kill ratio. The better players cause less damage, the worse players cause more damage. The idea is to have a fairer, more fun game. I think it does a good job of handicapping. I looked for something similar but couldn't find one that messes with damage. If it already exists, please let me know and I will pull it down. Oh my website sucks, but it gets the job done. If you use it on a server or know of a server using it, please let us all know.
