Anti-Air, Anti-Personnel version of the Crusader.
I would change the turret and keep the hull but that's just me...
I was thinking of replacing the Turret.
But for me, this just stuck...
It is basically more heavily armored soon-to-be Upgrade-able Quad Cannon.
How does it aim up?
The 'Barrel Holder' does it.
The pivot point is from there.
