There have been problems. I will have to choose something about the mod, it has to do with the death message change.
So...
The choice is to:
a) Use another file OUT of settings.dat: this would make able for people to manage collections of messages for death. However, the file count would be bigger. Also, it would allow people to share them.
b) Use it IN settings.dat: Things would be really simple, but... it wouldn't be too flexible for the user to have management on it as to have collections of settings.dat . This doesn't change the posibility to make it shareable but, people would have to edit it before playing. The good thing about it, is that it makes settings.dat sort of a "shell" for user data.
