CSS SCI FI Mod 1.3 file - CSS SCI FI REBIRTH mod for Half-Life 2

This is a fix for the recent Steampipe update to Half-Life 2 that broke CSS SCI FI HARDWIRED, as well as every other SMOD variant out there. It will come with instructions on how to correctly install CSS SCI FI and ensure that all scripts, weapons, maps, materials, etc. are working as they should.
