Crosscurrent v3 file

Version 3.0 Changelog:

1.) Traderoutes have been fixed.
2.) Some new GC's have been added.
-These only use planets from the base game.
-Current new campaigns are Mandalorian Wars, Galactic Civil War, and Yuuzhan Vong war.
-The other campaigns are just Equal Footing until I can update them.
-These still use the same 3 basic factions, with some Pirate planets thrown in.
-There are no scripts or extra missions. It just allows you to start in new areas.
-Future campaigns to add are Fall of the Republic, Clone Wars, and Imperial Civil War
3.) Indigenous company spawn has been roughly tripled. This way they have more of an impact during battles.
4.) Projectile speeds have been sped up. I didn't like how slow the base game projectiles were.
5.) Some projectile colors have been changed to try and help them stand out more.
6.) T4-B Tanks can now use missiles and lasers simultaneously.
7.) Some starbase upgrades affect orbital structures.
8.) Added a credits file.

Bugs and things to do:
-Balance space units and land units. Stats only for now. I'm not going to mees with scale yet.
-Attempt to convert the space defenses to dummy orbital structures so that the AI can see them. Also so the starbase can't be targeted first to clear the defenses.
-Planet sizes will be scaled down.
-The Galactic Empire will have some significant changes to their land/space defenses.
-There's a bug where the game can freeze on a land battle when the Consortium is invading you. I'm still trying to find the root of the problem. Make multiple saves and save often. There have been no issue when playing as the Consortium.
-When playing land skirmish some factions will place defenses on top of each other.
-I'll make separate structure variants for land skirmish so the above doesn't happen.
-I might add new markers for the defenses so Team 1 will be the defender and have the extra structures.
