The original Crack-Life: Anniversary was met with mixed feelings, especially due to softlocking or game crashing bugs. The week after release was spent attempting to finish off the rough edges that have been left over after release.
The 1.1 version has been released and focuses primarily on fixing the crashing and softlocking issues along with polishing up unfinished areas of the mod - Monkey Madness side quest, weapon bugs, siemka's home map. More information on fixes is available in changelog.txt within the mod folder or in the 1.1 version's download descripion.
While future updates will be dedicated on fixing any other bugs that may arise (Crashes and locks), a bigger portion of the invested time will be used to provide more content updates for the mod.
Future content updates are planned to contain:
*More side quests.
*New enemies
*Secret weapons
*Reintroducion of many assets from the original Crack-Life and the Campaign Mode.

My feedback as of v1.1:
1. Replace pistol with pingus gun
2. Replace submachine with ultra-fast submachine from original
3. Return DAVAJ NA RING song, it is iconic
4. Remove ballistics from crossbow submachine gun
5. You recieve skimitar after monkey quest and after coscade, but not at start of Residue Processing
6. Magic wand is fantastic, but can you return JOSH gun in addition to it? This weapon is also iconic for the mod imo
7. Replace RPG with Campaign Mod Double-RPG
8. Quake laser gun is very powerful, but it would be nice to have spam and charged attack simulanuesly.
9. Return "YOU ARE THE LOSER" sound on dying.
10. Crack-life story seems to be cut, but there are some dialogues at place, which are from original.
11. Barneys some times talk like original Barney and not Bandit.
So far I have to say that Anniversary just shines at the moments when there are multiple factions NPC in one room\area, it becomes a total mess and a lot of fun. However, some NPC don't have relations given to them I think. Vacination scientinsts dont attack grunts for example.
But there are also a lot of moments when nothing cracky is happening at all, which can be fixed with more content imo.
I am not done yet with the mod, so I will add more feedback later.

I think the reason they removed some of the offensive features was to make the game at least somewhat playable while streaming on twitch or on youtube

Seconds part of my feedback:
1. There are snark enemies, however they dont shout "do you sck dcks" and don't have gentlemen hats.
2. Lambda core still unpassable, Fedora scientist killing friendly scientist NPC ;(

Please understand that some of the changes like the ultra fast mp5 have not been implemented on purpose cause of the survival mode. More effort was put into the balancing of the mod to make sure the player is challenged by the mod this time.
More effort will be put into separating the survival gameplay from the regular gameplay to make sure that:
Survival - Balanced
HL Campaign - Fun
I'll see what can be done about this and I already have a few ideas I can try out. The goal of the next update is to return as much content as possible from the previous mods (Original and Campaign Mode) and also adding slight improvements as well.

My personal opinion, that even with unbalanced weapons, Schizo mod can be challenging. Finale of Campaign mode was a fair challenge back in the days with all crazy weapons in possession. Without crazyness, it just won't be Crack-Life any more.

Scientists can still heal the player, if the player stands a little further from the scientist in question and does not get killed
