it looks like it's simply an attempt at a 1st Marine Division patch, kudos to the dev team for trying, but marines don't wear divisional patches on their arms, thats an army thing
No, it's a patch of the 23rd Infantry Division "Americal" for sure, don't know why it's on a Marine sniper though.
