Four short custom stories bundled into one. A modding event hosted by the Frictional Games' fanbase/community
Excellent compilation of short stories with fairly interesting puzzles. They don't have much of a horror aspect to them, but they're still pretty neat to play through.
Nice mod, but a bit confusing. The statue puzzle is impossible without a hint.
I am sorry to say but this was quite disappointing. Projects like this have been done before, like the 24 hour project and even the 2 hours until deadline spooky house by Spelos and those were quite good with the time they had. but these custom stories were just 3 puzzles and it was done. Darkfire is an amazing dev, but you could have used the whole week to make a story, not 2 days. and I am sure it would have been really good. The only encounter ever is in Sabatu's part but the puzzles were just frustrating and it destroyed the fun I had in that particular story. Sorry Muffin but yours was just nothing much more than crowbar > drill > explosive > done. The one of flawlesshappiness was okay, the atmosphere was good but nothing really happened. Also just 3 puzzles and done. At least yours had some voice acting.
My favourite 4:
4. Muffin with "The Investigation" - 7/10
3. Sabatu with "Homecoming" - 8/10
2. Flawless Happiness with "The Cellar" - 9/10
1. Darkfire with "Opportunity Makes The Thief" - 10/10
Note: I tried not to compare the stories. It's a coincidence that the scores are like that. :D
Best Puzzles: Homecoming
Best Atmosphere: The Cellar
Best Story: Opportunity Makes The Thief
Best Design: Opportunity Makes The Thief
Best Idea/s: Opportunity Makes The Thief
Best Climax/Turning Point: The Investigation
Total: 8.5/10 -> Rather 9 than 8. :D
All of them were really good, especially for a week time! I hope to see such a mod in the future again. ;)
Very good maps there. Really well made, but sadly because of most of the puzzles being incomprehensible ( statue puzzle, lever puzzle.. ), i will rate it 7.

Great mod! some puzzles annoy me, but still good, working together you can do a great mod.
