Description
Ever wonder where all those capturable buildings come from? Well now the team that built them in the first place is back. Introducing the Civilian team. It is able to construct most neutral buildings plus tech buildings. Your command center is a shack, due to the fact that you bankrupted yourself building all those tech buildings and letting them get captured. Now you sit inside generating a measly $45 every 3 seconds from Ebay. You must bribe airlines to drop civilian tanks on the battlefield. However since you are bribing them, you can drop them anywhere you like.
