Description
UN Intelligence Update: There have been sightings on the CCS engaged in combat with what seems to be operational Scrin Forces. Whether this is a single lost Scrin Drop Ship worth of Troops or someone imitating the Scrin as part of some elaborate hoax is, as of yet, unclear. What is known is that the CCS are trying to reclaim land, and their efforts are being inhibited by the interference.
So when will there be dragons like you said there would be with the first pictures in the gallery ?
Not forgotten, getting a new system built. After Delivery of system, I will get 3DSMax9 Working on SP1 (because Plugins don't work with SP2).
A Dragon (done right) would be a lot:
Body (Central segment)
Tail (Needs to be Animated, so likely to be about 20-40 segments)
Wings (Again Animated, so around 10-20 segments, times 2 for each wing)
Head (Most complex due to Breath animation full-axis rotation)
Tiberium Dragon will be the only Dragon that will be in this MOD.
The following is pending implementation.
Tiberium Life-forms will have an 'Evolution-Tree' to follow:
Viscroid (3 Green Stages, 2 Blue Stages, 1 Red Stage)
Viscroid (3 Leg model, is Red Stage, Black Stage successes that)
Requires Large Tiberian Plant (NO NAME YET)
Floater (2 Blue Stages, 1 Red Stage)
Ion-Floater (Advancing from Floater as the Black Stage)
Requires Tiberian Pods on the map:
Hatchling (Using a smaller model on a Green Stage Texture Set)
Blue Dragon (Medium Size, using Blue Stage Texture Set)
Red Dragon (Large Size, using Red Stage Texture Set)
Legendary Black Dragon (Bigger than user HUD, using Black Texture Set)
Ion-Floaters Regenerate Health and can interfere with Radar, EMP weapon effect on Ion Attack. Produces Ion-Storms at will.
Legendary Black Dragon would enter the map if:
User Total Kill Counter is EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 5000 Units+Buildings
AND
Match Duration is GREATER THAN 3 Hours
That is but one concept for the implementation of the Black Dragon.

Tiberian Life, what else could be the result of Mutation and be equally dangerous.
Dragons are more epic than Chernobyl Worms.
Westwood Studios thought up Airborne Jelly-Fish and called them Floaters.
Got any better ideas (please share, always looking for more ideas)?

A beast you say, please describe further.
A 'beast' in general is very lacking in description, and can include anything with Teeth and Primordial Behaviour.
Generally associated with Dogs (real), Wolves (real), Werewolves (not real) and hell-hounds (not real). Bears can also in some cases be seen as 'beasts' so I've got no idea as to what you had in mind.
A Tiberian Fiend is a Dog.
Maybe if a set of W3X files were provided for an Armoured Fiend, then that might match what you're looking for.
There is yet to be a name suggested for a Tiberian Infected Cat.
