Yup. Rumors are true. Due lack of time i am currently not able to continue development. I wish, but I can't, so i have to do a pause. Mod is now have ON HOLD status, and will be waiting my return. I thought it was made Open Source?
It is Open Source. Anyone can help expand it or build their own mod based on RW. But I doubt I can rely on it much if I want to see RW finished.
