The Cold Ice Remastered team wishes everyone a safe and happy new year!
Since the last Cold Ice release, it's been 21 "happy new years." Like the pending release of Half-Life 3, we, too, believe in Valve time. But this past year, a miracle happened. Our Valve time expired. We released a new version of Cold Ice on the good old gold, GoldSrc Half-Life.
Cold Ice Remastered is a fast-paced, frantic deathmatch mod for Half-Life. Yes, we support bots. Yes, we have a discord channel. This mod contains the heaviest weapons, the most explosions, and heart-pumping action. I mean, what's better than infinite ammo chainguns and extreme rockets? "Hell Yeah."
We have great additions and patches delivering in the new year, dubbed Beta 2. The list includes more high-quality destructive weapons, maps, dual-wielding weapons, kick and throw, and pistol-whipping to make the game intensely Cold Ice Remastered.
