The problem is that it is his work, and if you use it without permission, it amounts to stealing. Moddb abides by intellectual property laws (We have those in ''Western'' countries), which means that, without the creator's consent, for better or worse, the content cannot be used. Normally, only posting a picture is not enough (you didn't even credit him and his staff...) to get you banned, however, modders usually have to intervene, because once the mod releases, control of the asset can no longer be maintained and it can essentially be used everywhere, even to the point of stealing the credit for someone else's work and that is something no real modder wants.
This kind of activity can result in a temporary or perhaps even permanent ban. They are also the basis of Moddb ruling, which every modder should know.

I am very grateful for your comments. I will still comply with all regulations. Currently I have not released and I just borrowed some models for a more visual look for the TOW. You and your company's side will not have to worry about that. of course if they agree. I can change some of the tactics of the military using the model at their discretion.
