What would happen if in 1988, Soviet Leader Mikhail Gorbachev was assassinated? CNC Fallout is a total conversion mod for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars that postulates this very question.

Hi, Henford. I just wanted to echo what NBomb said earlier about the Topol M range being too short. It's a one of a kind unit and it's the softest of all the arties. Granted its armament is devastating but it can't survive more than 3 seconds once it has been spotted by the enemy unlike the Negotiator that's as tough as an Armadillo(pulse weapons can barely dent this big guy) and the MLRS whose loss is negligible because they can be mass produced. It really doesn't look right a Topol M firing almost right in your enemy's face range. May I suggest that just like the Topol M that was from a Zero Hour mod(Rise of the Reds) can fire anywhere from the map but the missile has to be purchased every time it fires. Not only does this increases the survivability and usefulness but also adds variety to the artillery class units. Global range will give this unit its unique flavor. I hope you will take it into consideration. :)

Topol M in this mod is very strange weapon. Very late game unit. But have so many limitations and in reality Topol M have ICBM range so i pretty much agree with Ripple or for alternative version have suggestion to replace Topol M with Iskander-M launcher that should have the greatest range of all artilleries but accessible earlier in tech tree with an upgradeable to tactical nuke warheads , have 2 missiles(but for balance purposes it should be weak as twice or even more than current Topol M).

Topol-M range has been doubled for v0.2. Additionally, it is ever-so-slightly faster.

Why don't you increase the build limit to three or five?

(random suggestion)
the soviets need another form of artillery, how about the TOS-1 ;)

Let's just say.. I have plenty of surprises in store for v0.2.
