Well, I was having problems creating a naval shipyard which would fit large ships(DDX, DDG-52, Type-52D, FREMM) so I've made this "buoy"...it will be improved in the future(don't worry)...it will basically spawn the ships\boats...

I'm still deciding which unit will "drop" it...
it'll have around twice as much HP as a MBT and a really low shroud clearing range there'll be a limit of one per player and if you lose yours you can't make another!
