I just saw a duplicate of OOM-6 and i've fixed that now! :)
Can you add Utapau and Mygeeto (Maybe replace hoth with mygeeto)
Adding new planets is impossible.
I ment replace hoth with mygeeto since Hoth wasn't in the clone wars
I dont think he can do it at this point :(

Might I recommend Durge for a future version as a Confederate Commander?
Oh, and hopefully you can do this, but create unique armies for certain commanders :D Thats done in A Clash of Kings for example. Durge could have his IG droids on speederbikes as a unique unit, General Grevious could have Magnaguards, and Jedi could lead more Jedi into battle :D
Im afraid that is not possible for us. We can always add new units to bring more variation in the armies, but doing that will also increase the amount of soldiers in garrisons of planets and battlestations.
However swapping main planets between factions is possible.
Why is quinlan vos on there?
Vos was not only a jedi, but served Count Dooku as a dark acolyte for some time. Though as a double agent. These commanders are not final, many of them may yet be changed.
