INTRODUCTION
---------------------

Mythos is a historical fantasy mod incorporating numerous features of European, North African, and Middle Eastern myths and legends in accordance with the time period of CK2. Wherever possible I've tried to remain closer to these original myths than to modern reinterpretations to preserve the immersion of historical grand strategy games while adding fun fantasy elements.

FEATURES
---------------

Vampires and Werewolves:
- Immortal and immune to disease
- Can turn prisoners; vampires can also feed on them
- Largely infertile
- Each have unique sub-traits for children
- Unique possible empire-tier titles
- Werewolves can challenge top lieges to battles over the title

Wizards:
- Unique educational trait tree
- Can perform powerful spells, but at the cost of health and possible bad effects

Giants:
- Unique ethnicity and culture
- Trait follows ethnicity and can thus be bred out of existence
- Characters with one giant parent will get half-giant trait, which can be inherited further
- Stronger but smaller armies

Mummies:
- May rise up when Egypt is ruled by non-Egyptians
- Will bring back the old Egyptian culture and religion if they do spawn

Zombies:
- May spawn a horde as a result of a west African curse
- Very aggressive and will attack constantly
- Large numbers of troops, but 100% light infantry

Dragons:
- Unique ethnicity, culture, and portraits
- Trait follows ethnicity (for now)
- Non-dragon descendants of dragons can get the dragonborn trait, which can be inherited further
- Smaller levies but with very powerful dragon cavalry

note: So i tried to keep this mode alive due to the fact that i loved the lore behind old dark fantazy and this is what this mod tries to bring to a game we already love. This mod is not a creation of mine and i tried to keep it alive and updated but due to some circumstances it was kind of hard to give this mod the love it required, now the original creator is back and you can look foward so more content being added in the future.

Hy,sorry for my bad english,not native.I have a question.My character dies of old age and it is a vampire.I've gived the character the trait vampire from the ruler designer option so i've started with the character as a vampire and not "grow" in to a vampire.I've also read somewhere that the character stops dying of old age if it is given the trait "Fledgling" and not "Vampire" before starting the game.Something about that the game does not recognize that the character is immortal if you go to play as a vampire and not "grow" into one.Is this true? Does giving the trait "Fledgling" and growing into a vampire and not start directly "Vampire" stops the character from dying of old age?And last thing.....this mode is,if not the best then one of the best.My opinnion.Thank you .

Ignore my previous questions I realized it's 2.5.2 playable and decided to try it out but I have some suggestions London and Ayrshire I think it was were two locations for holy sites for druidism but they don't make much sense I'd say move one to Cill Dara which is where the hill of Tara is located and the other to either Stonehenge's province location, Silesia (had the most important holy temple for eastern Celts and druidism) or in Spain somewhere also you should make another start date with the kingdoms broken up a little and more characters with the new mechanics because the dragons never seem to leave the island the giants get roflstomped right away Vlad and the werewolves just sit there and chill and the Hellenic vassal does nothing or rebels and then gets roflstomped the only one Ive seen have any measure of success was the mage druid in Britain thanks for the work though it's definitely an interesting concept
