This is a full conversion Tolkien mod for Crusader Kings 2 which will feature bookmarks throughout the Third Age. This mod is being developed independently from any other LotR or Middle Earth mods out there. The map will cover the main areas of Middle Earth, known in the books and films. ok .,.come on why?`..these crashes..are killing me..am now playing as the first son of my hill-man campaing there is only left for me the duchy of Agmar to create the Kingdom..but then bang crash...the date is some 80 years after the firts book mark
Same thing for me. Crashes 73 years after game start playing as a custom ruler in angmar (carn dum, removed the orc ruller, playing as Black Numenorian culture and Angmar race) . No way to stop it from crashing, it always does and always on the same date. The only way would be to load an older save-game and hope the events that cause it to crash won't happen, but as I am playing in Iron... no way to do that.

I would never claim to be an expert modder but i am pretty sure this is an event, yes. Probably not a broken line but a few small events that cannot coexist. Thats the only reason i can think of for the crashes being on specific dates, but on different dates in each different game. For example i started a new game, crashed after 12 years. Cannot go past it. Then a different game - 58 years, but still can't get past it. So once it hits = game over, but it always hits on different dates in different games..
Thanks, certainly possible but not like anyone can say what events or bugs are at fault, til then it's a hope and prayer someone comes across it. If you find it, please post it so it can be fixed, feels crappy for modders when people are having such issues.

Can't help when noone knows what exactly is at fault, it's really disheartening when people are having such big problems they can't enjoy the game.

Interesting. I wonder how you think that'll work. It's certainly nothing useful like bugged coding and fixes for such.
Just impotent shouting, which, based on my experience with modding, is certainly not going to make anyone want to work harder for your sake.
So what, exactly, do you think your command of "fix your damn mod!" is going to accomplish?
