Empires Expanded v1.4.1 file

Version 1.4.1:

As the mod is updated from a long time ago (has been continuously updated on Steam!), there are too many changes to document here. Check out the changelog on the Steam page for more.

To be able to play with the mod, you must:

1. Download the .zip file.
2. Extract the contents of the file.
3. Paste the emex.mod file and the emex folder to the "mod" file at Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod.
4. Open the Stellaris Launcher.
5. Enable Empires Expanded.
6. Launch the game.
7. Note, if you cannot enable the mod, due to a missing path, then copy and paste "path="C:/Users/[USERNAME]/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/<strong>emex</strong>"" to the bottom line of the emex.mod file and edit [USERNAME] to match your computer account's name.
