Not sure how I feel about that, to be honest. I was under the impression that the Zombine's speed and ability to use grenades came from the genetic/cybernetic enhancements the host had received prior to becoming headcrabbed.
Now, don't get me wrong, I think the zombies randomly holding on to whatever weapons they were carrying is a neat addition, I just don't think it fits particularly well, especially for EVERY rebel zombie.
Not all of them will spawn with a weapon. Also the cybernetic thing is all wrong.
Aside that, it's really more about the gameplay than it is the realism here for us.
