Looking at your avatar i realisied how much Morgan Freeman reminds me of Gordon Freeman. If we put glasses on him, imagine that he is actually caucasian and about 20 years younger... And as the finisher he actually has the same surname.

You can also tweak the projected muzzle flash settings per weapon via the weapon script.

One side-question:
Are those three "dots" on the ironsight fluorescent? I mean do they glow in the dark, because that would be awesome for nighttime combat.

Any chance you could recompile this model for use in vanilla HL2? It always bothered me that Valve never finished the right half of the magnum.

How will the reload animation look for this? I never understood why Gordon spins the cylinder or doesn't have a visible speed loader when reloading the 357.

Can you move the gun a bit further back? It looks like the player would get his head hit by the gun's recoil. Also it would be better looking imo.
