Chris and Kevin, two roommates, work on minimum wage. Chris got banned for life from a shopping center by killing a kid who threw his fidget spinner at him. Now, they hatch a plan to shoot up the city and the shopping center, but the only way to get weapons is through Old Man Jim-Bob, who's in prison. So, they have to break Jim-Bob out of prison, and then shoot up the city.
