A full faction conversion turning the Chosokabe into a Genpei-Era (RoTS) faction.

The Chosokabe now can only recruit RoTS units, land and naval, both in Custom Battle and Campaign. In the Campaign the Chosokabe still have standard generals, agents, buildings (No way to change those), and still start with vanilla units in the field. However all RoTS units are recruitable from the normal building chains.

RoTS units are rather trash, or rather were trash. The two biggest issues with the Genpei units (small size and loose formation) have been resolved. Now their unit size and formation match that of their respective tiers (This also effects RoTS factions).
