we havent decided yet but im thinking probably the standard stuff, so like he can set C4 (timed and remote) and swim. and he might have a knife attack like colonel burton.
I can't really tell; is that a sniper rifle or something similer to Burtons gun?

Nope, he just shares the same skeleton & animation. His gun is the original gun Chineese troopers are using
