this is a cheatmod, to play with this cheatmod you need to use key-combinations. with thses combinations you can: add population, spawn nits, change weather, change army, change side, delete units (units, tanks, buildings, houses, points,...) instand build, instand recharge, instant upgrade, etc you only can play this mod in SP games, because relic is cheat-free, but you can use it in skirmishes and missions have fun =)
Perfect for movie making youtube or just a historical battle setup. Just one of those things you should have. Don't use it in multiplayer however be fair. Just cause you have cheats doesn't mean you have to use them.
