Description
To install drop the three documents into the decisions folder of your game/mod. To uninstall delete them. The cheats are operated from your decisions. Be away there's probably a lot of bugs as this is just a rough few decisions I use to test things.

Uh not really, All you need to do is put the three files in your decisions folder located with in your Victoria 2 folder or mod folder.
In game just look at your decisions, There is a instructions for install in the file description
