This mod contains a conquest battle of the Champaign level "Changing of the Guard".
Description
This new update replaces Commander Katanga's weapons with a new weapon of my make. If I get enough comments telling me it's too over powered, I'll lower its stats.

Sorry for the delay, I've been very busy with life stuff. Also, this will probably be my last post for a while (Unless I'm requested to make weaken my new gun). If I do upload anything, it'll be a update for my Jedi Utapau map.
Hey, no need to apologies ! Thank you already for these maps and taking requests of your fans, it's really kind of you, thank you personnaly for making Katanga better !
EDIT : Tried it already, changing weapon with Katanga freezes the game harsh, sadly. I'll try not to dew it while playing x)
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. He doesn't have a second weapon, but I should fix that anyway; but the gun itself isn't too overpowered or anything?

About overpowered... xD Yes it is, he's got only one weapon but can easily kill from distance without ammo limit, and as a hero he regains energy with each kill.
It may be balanced I guess, with longer reload times (4-5 seconds) or limited ammo (5 clips)
But still you did a great job. The only suggestions I can come with would be to get back the LAATs and props used in the story mode but it's another...story :)
But balance wise, Award Rifle and Award pistol for Katanga was a good idea, it just needed infinite ammo to compensate for the lack of jetpack and secondary weapons ^^
The gun Katanga uses reminds me of that SWBF1 mod with the Purple Jet Trooper minus the jetpack.
Just want to say this it's a tad too overpowered
mainly cause of the idea of that many burst's is just enough to where the standard ai is dead before it can do anything
I suggest ton the amount to 6 with it overheating and a limited amount of ammunition it will give more variety on what to do with him beside this excellent mod I enjoy it very much as I was wondering when someone would make clones vs stormtroopers mod
though I'm more curious if we may possibly see a space map for this also I personally see that idea making it more excellent anyway I wish you the best with your work
Thank you, I plan to update Katanga's gun soon. Sadly, I don't know anything about modding space maps (It's completely different) but thanks for the suggestion. :)
