Cerebral Cascade is a Yuri's Revenge modification that seeks to build upon the scenario originally envisioned by Westwood in which Yuri was a time-traveler from the Brotherhood of Nod. Cerebral Cascade attempts to bring this plot-line to fruition, and overhauls the entire Red Alert 2 story to suit the new plot-line, covering both the events of Red Alert 2 and its expansion. The multiplayer experience contains 18 playable countries, with two bonus factions, for a total of 20 factions, and a moderate focus on maintaining balance between all factions, while keeping their ideas fresh and new. This mod also makes sporadic use of the Ares modding extension by AlexB, and the CnCNet client by Rampastring, to bring an enriched and modern experience to the playerbase.

Since you're asking for feedback, let me provide some. Please understand that my criticism is without malice.

That face off looks... very dull. Both those units look identical from a mechanical point of view. Both feel redundant.

If I can suggest something, ask yourself those questions :
-What sets the Apocalypse apart from the Abrams Tank?
-Does any of the them a secondary weapon system? Or a passive ability? Something to make them stand out?
-How would you consider them more than just beefed up MBT?

From personnal experience, a simple stats change isn't really fun, and mostly feels like the mod is lacking creativity (which you clearly have, seeing other units here on your Moddb page).

I hope my comment can help you make your mod better.

Right now, the Apocalypse has an anti-air system like basegame, and is estimated to be the king of the Tier 3 Tanks in terms of being the bar as to how high an MBT can go for balancing purposes.

The Abrams on the other hand is planned to possess a Coaxial for engaging softer targets. I might use an ammo system for the Abrams.

The Abrams as of right now has no passive ability, but I might give it self-healing from the get-go or something to demonstrate American ingenuity. When I asked in the discord server, somebody said I should give it longer range compared to the Apocalypse, so maybe the Abrams could be a harasser towards the Apocalypse, seeing as it is meant to go toe-to-toe with the Apocalypse lorewise.

Edit: Thank you for the honest criticism, I will fullheartedly consider it, as I want to be as creative as possible with the Abrams.

I just thought of giving the Abrams the historical depleted uranium sabot rounds that could potentially kill the crew of a target vehicle.

Or maybe even take the route of Red Alert and have the crew leave the vehicle and continue the fight. Or I could combine both concepts, and have it so the Abrams is a tit-for-tat type unit that can potentially take down enemy units, and the crew can retake enemy vehicles left derelict, allowing for some genuine micro to take place.

Edit: I have an even better idea

Well if it's conceptually more complex, I have nothing to add. It just that, unfortunately, all those idea were not very visible in the video.

Anyhow, good luck with the mod!

Thank you, I plan to do another video with the new abrams, although the result is similar to the video, it gives the Abrams a small edge when microed properly.
