The Center of Mass mod for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear attempts to counter the unrealistic headshot AI of the game by negating all such hits, requiring center of mass hits, or rarely, limb hits, in order to get a kill. This results in slightly longer firefights and more survivability for the player running the game on today's much more powerful CPU's.
Simply extract the .zip file to your game's Mods folder and activate it in the Mods menu, giving it priority.
