ИМО стратегический центр выглядит намнооого лучше ;)
Мы не можем реализовать функции стратегического центра,а раз так,то зачем делать это здание? Вот поэтому (ну и по альфовскому дизайну америки) мы решили использовать концепт батл лаба из альфы.
А ну всё понятно . Но помоему всё равно один из самых не удачных концептов :\

i know this one from a real generals mod named cnc generals reborn but this one has a much better details
