This is the 3rd released beta version of the mod and is again for balance testing. Changelog is below

All Air unit production structures has their respective Power Plants as the only Prerequisites.
Only Anti-Air defenses can be built and their prerequisites are their respective Power Plants.
Air unit production structures have reduced costs and production times.
Air unit production structures now comes with one AA defense and contains NO repair drones.
Anti-Air defenses are now cheaper with very low build times.
Air units (excluding the Planetary Assault Carrier) cost less than their original and build times have also been decreased.
The Stormrider has an increased range and damage. (To be reduced in next version)
GDI's AA Battery has a reduced stealth detecting range.
Tiberium fields now contain more credits at the start and spreads marginally faster.
Technology Centres of the respective factions are now cheaper and with quicker build times.
Ground production structures and defenses are both removed.
um i dont tthink this is working because i can still train and build other structures than air
