Mod for Merc Tech that adds late game gear and weapons

Description

Changed name of Hyper ACs to MACs to reduce possible confusion between HVAC and Hyper ACs Beamers and Pulsers have been added, their range and damage are inline with Clan lasers, however they can swap to a close range mode that increases damage and reduces beam duration at the cost of more heat and longer cooldowns MAC 5 and 10 have had their weight increased Missiles have had their weights adjusted MACs have had their damage adjusted MAGs have been added similar in concept to MACs but in a machinegun format Heat sinks have been adjusted to .1 for singles and .2 for doubles making them roughly 33% better then IS and Clan heat sinks rather then around 66% better Plenty of other small changes Im sure Im forgetting since its been roughly 2 months of work since the last update but hopefully this will round out the vast majority of the tech base and allow the introduction of mechs starting with new variants of pre existing mechs and eventually wholly custom mechs in the future
