Delete previous version. Old saves will not work.
Extract rar to your medieval 2 total war/mods folder.
I made many changes to campaign map visuals. Coasts are mostly fixed exept small body of water in the eastern part of the map - i tried but it was so buggy i decided to left it as it was before.
New faction - Karakhegrit, under command of Dustum, Khegrit claimant. I digged a bit on wiki to find diffrent tribes of Kuzait and those guys fitted best in my opinion.
Leaders - Unique leaders from warband, some of them look younger because this mod is starting in 1250 - 7 years before Warband.
Swadia and Swadian Counts start in war. Same with Khegrit and Karakhegrit.
Added new animation to main menu, its not best but it may change in the future.
Added intro to campaign, nothing fancy just text explaining whats going on.
Added new death animations by MagicTrinkets
Crossbowmen added to Swadian roster.
Sergeants - new meele infantry added to Rhodoks and Swadia.
New Mercenaries in diffrent parts of the world, to add a little of regional flavour.
If you encounter any crashes or bugs, report them in the comments please, i cant fix them if i dont know about them.
How do you run the mod? The batch file doesn't run
Medieval II Total War\mods\calradiatw2\calradiatw2.bat
if that file doesnt launch the mod, check if you have kingdoms.exe in your
steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War
if you dont have kingdoms,exe just copy medieval2.exe and rename copy to kingdoms
