Can't understand the logic behind the honour loss for attacking bandits though. Is this an error?
Also, all major quests have a 60 day time limit, even the 'Proclaim yourself Calradgyr' - I think at least this quest should have no time limit.

There are questions about the Desert Lions quest. The gunsmith sends around the villages, but there is nothing there that would concern the task, or am I missing something?

The mod crashed my laptop 2x. Please check why coz it can run Empire 3 mod no problem, the very laggy mod.
I cant even get out of char creation coz it crashes a while later.

I have all 4 maps, what do I do?
You have 4 map pieces and nothing happened? May be you have different map pieces. For example you must have 4 forest map pieces to learn the forest bandits leader's location.
Very interesting and unusual mod. The guild system is exciting and an interesting solution.
I even wrote a guide on all the guilds on one of the sites with mods (I hope you do not mind :D )
If you further develop the guild system, add new quests, the mod is likely to become even more popular.

I try to download the mod, and i install it just like bannerpage, but it didnt work. couldnt see calradgyr name pop up in the menu
check again and look in the mod folder. or try to get the mod on steam workshop.
