The caracteristic dark-leather gear pouches have been added to all the italian soldiers.
Could you guys make or use(from other mods) new faces for italians? And also darken their skin a bit?
Well...I'm italian and I have (unfortunately), a light skin.
It is possible, but it will require a lot of work...

Also, dunno about where were would you use these skins, but since you added (and maybe there will be more) italian maps, these skins would come in handy if you or one of the developers could make these: Medalofhonor.wikia.com
