The thing is that this mod has to have maps made from scratch, as it's for WW1.
But some stock maps can be changed a bit, and some maps here can be made in less than 2-3 months.
Don't forget that some missions will be scrapped.
Some base maps can be altered (like Defending Hill 400, Pointe du hoc) but as Djole said the bulk of them have to be made from scratch.

For a one mapper, it is a hell of a work, but for at least 5-6 mappers, and with nearly unlimited time, this is something that can be done.
Sounds good! But do you have such a team? I unfortunately can't help at all. But are there people you recruited for this?
I'll put up an article at a later date asking for part/full-time mappers.
Don't try to make such huge objectives, better stick to a reasonable numbers of scenarios, and then skip to another batch, if no, you will burn or you will frustrate, cause is a lot of work. Maybe do the more relevant battle first.
Try to keep realistic guys, it's the better way to progress.
I agree with you. This is a list of nearly all possible maps to make.
We, the developers, are going to make a list of top priority maps that must be finished before doing the less important maps.
As djole said, we, the devs, are focussing on maps we deem high priority. Highest priority map atm is Sarajevo.
