Hmm, ok. I have trouble understanding why you judge our mod, so we have not completed the same gameplay ...
Finally it is your right not to be attracted by the mod, but it is clear he has absolutely nothing to do with Pokemon or other stuff for kids ...
He said it reminds HIM of pokemon, no one else, I don't know why people are having a go at him. I can see where he's coming from though, the colours are very reminiscent of a pokeball, and the buildings are half spheres, go figure.
Honestly, he wasn't bashing your mod, just giving his opinion, learn to take some criticism, even if it's not very helpful.
Guns and Fighting... not all games need to be violent to be awesome.

lol I did inspired neither in reality. I am not at all a fan of DBZ and more and I've never played Mass Effect has XD
well I have to admit the building look Mass Effectish, BUT!!! there are no way in hell there are grass and tress in Mass Effect 2 xD. Also, your houses and bridges are different from Mass Effect 2 and I like it a lot, especially the bridge

I like the way the blur is. Just because it's not realistic doesn't mean it isn't suitable for the game. If all games were entirely realistic, then nobody would play them.
Indeed, the blur is not intended necessarily realistic. Although the idea is to make it more complex than the original (that the game engine). But it will be possible to disable in the options for those who will not like. The blur is mostly there to add depth of field.

It totally has the Pokemon vibe. But who cares? Pokemon is an extrem successful brand and has its individual artistic strengh. Like this mod does.
In my opinion you have to improve the models. Everything looks quite rough and less detailed (Try to find a good concept artist.), especially the edges could be much softer. Because of this there is s high contrast in view of this issue between your character and the architecture.
