Hades. He orders them to do his bidding if they want their freedom. They must sort the lost souls into those deserving of punishment and those deserving of paradise. They must make potions to give to the souls to determine where they go. If no potion is provided, they are sent to Asphodel, where they are neither punished nor rewarded."
