WHAT IS THIS?
Simply Put: A Fan-made collection of 3 BLOOM maps, using "BLOOM" by BLOOMTEAM!

The ALPHA (now available) will contain 3 BLOOM maps by me (daafe),(with 2 contributors working hard on future update maps) The Plan is to have 10 maps total when finished.

I made map01 last year for close friends and it was well received. I rebooted it this year thinking I was going to make a map02 for Halloween, finished early then decided to make a MAP03 that turned into a MONSTER map!!

THESE MAPS ARE MASSSIVE!!! ABOUT 30 MINS OF BLOOM GOODNESS!!


WHAT ISN'T THIS
This does NOT have new enemies or weapons and these maps are ONLY FOR CALEB!!!! Plays like "base BLOOM" but with new maps and a few weird/gory textures and some brutal death metal/epic dungeon synth.


WHY A MODDB PAGE?
WELLLLL, its a cluster of mods/music/textures that kinda go against IDGAMES, rules and it pretty hefty in size.


WHY ARE YOU USING THIS ***song/music/texture***?
its just a fire from the hip kind of editing style... lots of jerry rigs and throw togethers.... this is a demo/beta so some place holder music and textures exist. ***IF SOMEONE ULTIMATELY HAS A PROBLEM I WILL REMOVE THE DOWNLOAD*** (This is all in good fun, not meaning to step on toes, this is purely NONE profit)


Did you make BLOOM or OTEX?
Oh god no! I wish! I am not affiliated, this is fan made, many thanks to BLOOM TEAM (BLOOM) + Ola Björling (OTEX) for these incredible modding toolsets.


How Long is the Demo/Beta?
My 3 Maps take about 30 minutes to complete in total, at least 30 mins of BLOOM Goodness.


Are the maps good?
They are good enough for me to release them publicly, I put lots of effort into them, learnt lots in the process. I am not a pro, but I wouldn't say I am a noob. I have been mapping privately for 10+ years (Doom Builder 1).


How will the maps be shared?
I plan on creating two map bundles, LARGE and SMALL builds....

LARGE will contain (unmodified) BLOOM + (unmodified) OTEX 1.1 along with MAP + DATA WAD + BATCHFILE.

SMALL build will contain MAP + DATA WAD + BATCH FILE.


What Sourceport?
Iv been using it on GZdoom 4.8.2 + GZdoom Delta Touch (Android) builds. I do not expect this to work with ZANDRONUM BLOOM build (if it does come out).


How Do I Launch it?
I will be including a .BAT file, place that and all the required WADs/PK3 in your GZdoom folder and simply LOAD THE .BAT file....

When BLOOM LOADS -> NEW GAME -> CALEB -> PLAY CHOSEN WAD
