That is one deadly shotgun.
In real life, shotgun blast would knock you back badly in those close quarter combat.M16 is alot more deadlier..grunts can get ya killed in few secs.They have enough skill if you are to finish the mod for your first time.
Really it would blow a giant hole in your chest and also blow you waaay back! And then when you fall onto the ground organs would slip out of the hole and the last part: Well you would still be alive for a few more seconds, and really I can't imagine a worse kind of hell. :D
How many shells does that thing spit? 4?
