I like how the small ones fly by after a while just to make sure everything is destroyed enough.

Looks great :) Oh why do you choose green for the manta beam, If I remember correctly the beam is orange. Maybe double check :)

Half-Life contained both green and orange Beams.. I believe stock had more Green while Blue Shift/Op4 had more orange.

In either case this looks amazing... The mantas seem to be based upon original Half-Life they don't swing their wings..

Perhaps add swinging mantas as separate unit with a more powerful strike or as transport unit that teleports Alien grunts down during it's flyby.

This one is the "baby" manta, only fires on ground forces and low altitude slow moving aircraft (also if you look well, they move their wings ;) ). "Mommy" manta will be able to transport and attack lots more units. ;)

Well I would say they have 2 different attacks, when I check hl wiki it clearly show the orange/white beam, also on the xen islands where the mantas fly around, the beams are Orange/White.

Maybe add 2 different attacks, ground bombing, the orange/white laser and for single targets or air a green short duration beam.

Yep, that fits with what I'm thinking. Added to "to-do" list ;)
