Looks really good for a WIP. I'm also pleased to see that you guys are already working on this chapter now assuming you do it in chronological order that means you're actually half way done with your mod.. Fantastic.

Suggestions: There's one thing I noticed in most of your outside map screens.
The lack of trees. Add some trees (dead & alive) perhaps even some palms.

In this Screenshot maybe some buildings far in the distance or even a crashed Osprey Helicopter up there somewhere just for little more diversity in the landscape.

I really like how you recreate Blue Shift's areas by staying true to the original maps and not making them unrecognisable (like some Black Mesa maps). Nothing to add/change here, it looks perfect! Maybe add some buildings or fences up that hill like 23-down suggested?
