The next version is on the horizon and will be available as a playable beta around Christmas. It has a huge amount of changes including a rework of air units and techs and GFX, new light bomber and heavy transport plane units, expanded specialised HQs, Sniper combat tactics, new submarine types, reworked OOBs (divisions start with 5 brigades now), a entire 6 months of bug fixes and game balance changes, new buildings with landforts split into pillbox and fortress buildings, and much more. Finally, since the 30th June 2013 there has been over 23,000 downloads of the 3.2 version of BICE !

Will we have another starting days? Sorry but I don't have much times so I just want to jump right into the war and do some fighting.
I'm most concern about the German Blitzkrieg campaigns in Poland, Low Countries and USSR.
This will be a beta release. Which means it will be on the level of playtesting and game reports by players. The idea will be to release a string of rapid updates based on feedback. Unfortunately there is not enough time to work on anything other then the 1936 campaign. Realistically, the other campaigns would require another modding team doing a submod of BICE.

You will need a fresh install of BICE and a new game start otherwise there will be a CTD. It is a very big update to the mod which changes a lot of game files.

Just to let you all know once the beta is stable there will be an upload added here. For now it's only on the paradox forum. We are hoping to get a stable version to you all soon
