I have a similar file in my archives that is closer to 1gb in size.

"This pack contains the necessary files for adding Bink video support for "Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain".
The files were taken from the now defunct NosGothica.org website using the Wayback Machine.
The new Bink videos in this pack were encoded directly from lossless .avi conversions of the PlayStation FMVs and they have better colors than the ones from the NosGothica patch.
Included in the "Main" folder are all the files required to add Bink video support along with the Bink videos.
The "Extras" folder contains two folders.
A - The "kain" folder has a conversion of the trailer for "Akuji the Heartless" from the Windows version of "Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain".
B - The "Plugins" folder contains a file that will apply a filter to the Bink videos.
I've included a folder with screenshots showing the differences between the filtered PlayStation videos and the unfiltered PlayStation videos."
