Retro Bid For Power 1.0 Installer.
Retro BFP 1.0 by Mercurius
This is a DBZ version of BFP based on the early Bid for Power beta know as RC3.
In this so called RC3 There were only the following characters to choose from:
Freeza, armored chibi Gohan, armored Krillin, Goku, Piccolo and Vegeta.
In this pack though you get to choose out of 14 different characters from both Freeza and Cell saga's.
There are even a few models and skins that refer to the later saga's.
This pack contains the following models:
Phase1: These were the 6 models that were included in RC3.
All of em got some major touchups and some even got re-modelled.
-Freeza
-Chibi Armored Gohan
-Chibi Gohan
-Armored Krillin
-Classic RC3 Style Goku
-Cell Saga Goku
-Piccolo with cape
-Piccolo without cape
-Cell Saga Vegeta
Phase2: It was said that there was gonna be a so called Phase2 in the final version of BFP featuring characters from the Cell saga.
This never happened sadly enough since the BFP team had to stop using DBZ models for their mod.
However, in this version of BFP you can play with all the characters noted below.
-Android 16
-Cell
-Teen Gohan
-SSJ Teen Gohan (Transforms into super Saiyan 2 at powerlevel 1 mil)
-Tien
-Trunks
-Yamcha
Phase3: Well... seeing as there would be a phase2 for BFP I also suppose that there could have been a phase3 featuring Buu saga characters in the end.
I only included a few characters of this saga into my pack sofar. Maybe I'll add in some more characters later on ;)
These are the character's from phase3 that are included in this version:
-Buu saga Vegeta
-Pikkon
-Majinvegeta (hidden character)
-Battle Damaged Majin Vegeta (hidden character)
You don't need any earlier versions of Bid For Power to play this Retro Version.
You do need Quake III Arena though.

The definitive modern version IMHO. Good stuff and really brings me back!
